Structural inspections are in compliance with Appendix A of AS4349.1-2007. It does not comment on any non structural element of the building such as services, finishes, ceilings, linings, windows and doors, trims, tiling, damp issues (other than structurally related), roof coverings, external driveways, pavements, boundaries fences and retaining walls. We will always keep the buyer informed about the overall condition of the property as well as complying with the standard.

Our pest inspection is carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and includes the use of moisture meters, sounding tools, and thermal imaging if required.
